Some examples of our ECO friendly biodegradable/compostable BAGASSE

Disposable, compostable & biodegradable take out boxes, cups and plates made from 100% bagasse - sugarcane fiber remaining after extraction of juice from the sugarcane. Sugarcane is not only a readily renewable resource, but the sugarcane fiber can be turned into products normally made from plastic or paper and avoids the pollution from normal burning of sugarcane pulp after juice extraction. These biodegradable take out boxes, cups and plates are soak proof, have no plastic or wax lining applied to them and can be used for both hot and cold items. Please note that although these compostable items are soak proof, hot items will cause the boxes to "perspire" and some condensation will form at the bottom of the container. A far superior alternative to styrofoam. Composting is required for biodegradation and these compostable containers will biodegrade within 30 days in a commercial composting facility, and within 90 days in a home composting system. 

     An excellent, natural, biodegradable alternative to styrofoam!

MICROBIODEGRADABLE PREFORMS



We are now able to offer bottle performs produced with microbiodegradable PET plastic. At present we are specializing in standard ALCOA or PCO finishes in various gram weights. Other finishes are available on a limited basis, please call for details. We also offer custom coloured preforms. Preforms are sold in 500,000 and up lots (except for some sizes which we can provide in smaller amounts. We are using the PET microbiodegradable additive which allows for normal recycling but are at the same time 100% microbiodegradable . The special additive does not affect the function of the finished product, and allows the containers and/or bottles to be filled with: water, dairy products, juices, CSD (carbonated soft drinks) or custom filling.

MICROBIODEGRADABLE DELI/FOOD CONTAINERS



NEW to our portfolio are deli/food resealable plastic containers produced from  microbiodegradable plastic. These are available in SEVEN different sizes 8oz(250ml), 12oz(375ml), 16oz(500ml), 20oz(625ml), 24oz(750ml, 28oz(875ml, 32oz(1000ml. Packaging is 500 per carton and can be printed with you own company logo and details in either one or two colours. They are available in either clear or opaque plastic. A 40 foot container can be packed with 670 cartons x 500 pcs (8oz-250ml--16oz-500ml). 420 cartons x 500 pcs (20oz-625ml--32oz-1000ml). Please be advised that one carton of containers also requires one container of lids.


MICROBIODEGRADABLE HOT CUP CAPS/LIDS


 
These lids will fit ALL normal paper hot cups and are
available in WHITE, BLACK, BROWN and BLUE.

MICROBIODEGRADABLE DRINKING STRAWS



Single wrapped drinking straws with"MICROBIODEGRADABLE" printed on each single wrapper. 250 straws in each white box with "MICROBIODEGRADABLE" printed on each box.  There are 40 boxes in each export carton (66cm x 44.5cm x 49cm). 40 foot container will hold 586 cartons (5.86 million).


MICROBIODEGRADABLE "PRESS TO CLOSE" (minigrip type)



Various standard sizes and custom sizes available. Can also be custom printed with up to 8 colours                                              Packing as per customers requirements. These bags have a shelf  life equal to conventional plastic bags.
